About The Lotus Collective

The Lotus Collective was founded by me, CJ. I have been working in the Design and Marketing Industry for over 20 years.
I decided to start my own agency, so that I could specifically help like-minded, business people bring their dreams and visions to life.
My years of knowledge and understanding about all things business make me a great asset to any company, because with me, you get the personal service that many other agencies can't offer.
I bring with me a wealth of experience, having worked with small companies to large organisations such as Virgin Media Ltd, Pitney Bowes, Radisson Hotels and easyJet.
I thrive on solving problems, organising projects and making things simpler, basically I'm the person you can throw all your stuff at and I'll get it back to you in an organised and manageable order, most likely with a system in place that you probably hadn't thought of!
When I'm not working, I enjoy Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork to clear my mind and keep me focused and running, Bounce and Muay Thai to get my adrenaline going and keep me driven. I have a real desire for learning, especially about the self, this has enabled me to hone my skills of remaining calm under pressure and the ability to get things done.
